Week 9 (11/06/12 - 17/06/12)

Hebel not quite finished, we're having cedar wrapped around the windows

Week 8 04/06/12 - 10/06/12

So not much progress this week, electrics done. Hebel started and doors hung. Next week hopefully hebel completed and maybe plaster started.

what our house will look like

sydney facade: we chose grey pebble 1/2 and stepney for the render with a windspray colorbond roof

A lot has happened since i last posted

so since i last posted our house has started and nearly at lock up! heres our time frames so far:

tender: 14/02/2012
contract: 02/03/2012

start delayed, waiting for council approval to build 4.5m from the crossover rather than 5m like our neighbours.

week 1  16/04/12:  start today (18/04/12)
week 2  23/04/12:  services in and site scraped
week 3  30/04/12:  nothing, rain, rain go away!
week 4  07/05/12:  base poured, yeahy. (9/05/12)
week 5  14/05/12:  frame done, steaming ahead, plumbing roughed in (17/05/12)
week 6  21/05/12:  roof on, solar panel up
week 7  28/05/12:  lock up baby, bojarkus is fitting the doors and straightening the walls. air con and    heating in, house is wrapped, top hats for hebel done.
Week 8 04/06/12:  electrics finished, internal doors hung, hebel started.
Week 9 11/06/12:  hebel continues, insulation and plaster done
